Who We Are
Excelsior is the motto for New York State and means "ever upward" as defined by Webster's Dictionary. It's the disposition of the employers we serve, the candidates we represent and our recruiting professionals. The acronym for Excelsior Search Partners is ESP. The tag line for our firm, "We know what you're looking for...it's our job."
We are recruiters who believe in collaboration. The founders of the firm are Rochester-based. Our partners are scattered across the Upstate region from Jamestown to the Adirondacks and operate independently under their own identities.
