This management opportunity will direct the activities of a national sales organizationDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate directs and manages activities associated with sales goal attainment, monitors and coaches on sales performance, builds strong customer relationships, assists in the development of the annual budget and business plan and provides ongoing support to the VP of Sales.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Strong leadership abilities
- A proven track record of success in a progressive sales management environment.
- Must be able to work at our Western, NY location.
