We'll acknowledge the receipt of your resume with an email that asks you to provide some additional information about your career goals and interests, salary history and requirements and relocation preferences, if any. 

Being candid with your salary information is prudent.  Your income negotiation is not compromised bysharing this information with us as it might be when speaking with an employer directly.  The more we know, the better we can help you.  We have a shared interest, when you make more, so dowe. 


Managing Expectations

We can best help all candidates spending more time connecting with employers who drive our activity when they have opportunities.  You can expect feedback and closure whenever your resume has been presented to an employer.  We'll update you when decisions are made with regards to your advancing through the client process.  We'll contact you when we have an update.
