DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through relationships, sales campaign activity, or other sales activity.
- Coordinate with local office leadership, client service groups and the Director of Business Development to create and execute sales strategies.
- Work with local and regional leadership to identify pursuit team members and client relationship owners.
- Establish and foster relationships with key contacts in the assigned territory to ensure sales success and cultivate future opportunities.
- Initiate or lead the proposal process, participating as appropriate.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:
- Practice or sales experience in public accounting, internal audit, management consulting, or related field.
- Demonstrated past sales achievement and knowledge in the area of professional services.
- Ability to understand clients overall business needs and to identify value-added services that the firm can provide.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- B.S. in Business Administration or related field

PREFERRED EXPERTISE:
- Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.
