Description
Reports to the Director Technology and Engineering with responsibilities for Machining Business Unit, Tool & Die Business Unit and manufacturing engineering. Manages $50 million plus operating budget and 200 plus employees.
The Machining Business Unit utilizes Robotic, multi-axis CNC Machining Centers to perform precision machining, grinding, etc., on small engine components.
The Tool & Die Business Unit supports all machining and injection molding equipment.
As head of Manufacturing Engineering, the candidate will provide manufacturing engineering support to all manufacturing and assembly operations and will be the lead for all new manufacturing/assembly capital equipment purchases. Will also be a member of the Manufacturing Operations Committee.
