Description The successful candidate will apply their sound Systems Engineering expertise to contribute to the design, analysis, and enhancement of military radar systems. The qualified candidate needs to demonstrate experience with Systems Engineering tools, such as requirements tracking SW (e.g. DOORS), and simulation and analysis SW (e.g. MatLab).
Candidate will have demonstrated ability to:
Methodically gain in depth knowledge of radar and/or sensor systems
Develop/analyze/improve algorithms
Collaborate within a multi-discipline Engineering team,
Directly interface & build key relationship with customer/end user
Perform requirements analysis and allocation
Identify product enhancements
Troubleshoot & problem solve in creative & collaborative environment
Prepare technical papers and present to customer & team members
Support test development and execution
Support SW Engineers in implementation
Influence & manage the technology roadmap for current & future program needs
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Required: - 5+ years of related experience - Demonstrated ability to gain in depth understanding of systems - Data processing, radar and data fusion experience strongly desired
Travel Requirements: 20% (Domestic US) Ability to obtain US DoD Security Clearance Required? Secret
