Position Overview: Employer in the Syracuse area is seeking a Programmer/Configuration Analyst (SIEBEL) who will be responsible for the daily development, enhancement, and support of the SFA application as well as analyzing, documenting, developing, testing, and implementing as well as supports Siebel 7.x new efforts and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess functional business requirements by providing alternative solutions and creating functional and technical specifications.
Data modeling and design based on business requirements.
Design and develop customize business components using Siebel tools.
Create and maintain PDQs and LOVs.
EIM mappings using Siebel tools.
Unit Test Plans and User testing.
Server maintenance including creating positions and responsibilities running server task, repository migration and backups.
Required Background:
4 year degree along with 6+ years of experience.
Siebel development role within a SUN Solaris environment.
Experience in Microsoft & UNIX eccentric environments, UNIX Scripting, Actuate Report Writing, JAVA, XML, SQL, Siebel 7.x, Siebels data model and Siebel finance.
Expertise in CRM industry working on SIEBEL 7.0
Experience with SUN Solaris and Iplanet is a must!!
